so-coca-cola-decided-to-initiate-a-project-to-build-a-new--modern-looking--mobile-optimized-intranet-which-will-provide-shared-information-to-all-countries new-project and-dedicated-intranets-for-each-of-their-countries-in-their-native-language--with-unique-local-content intranet-for-each-country and-to-base-the-intranet-on-the-office-365-intranet-cloud-with-powerful-search based-on-office-365 and-we-at-abilitics-were-very-happy-that-coca-cola-hbc-trusted-us-to-execute-that-big-vision then--we-wanted-to-provide-a-unique-view-for-each-department--thus-we-built-a-suite-of-web-parts-to-enable-the-creation-ofdepartmental-sites-each-box-you-see-on-the-left-is-configurable---each-department-defines-how-their-own-site-should-look-like--and-they-add-their-content--images-and-links-to-each-section-of-their-site- departmental-sites then--to-keep-employees-informed--we-built-anews-center-furthermore--every-user-receives-the-news-translated-in-his-or-her-own-language--approval-process-was-built-so-that-quality-of-the-news-was-always-controlled- news-center and-to-further-keep-employees-informed-about-the-events-that-happen-in-the-company--we-created-an-events-center-employees-can-explore-events-relevant-for-them-and-also-add-them-to-their-calendars-with-a-single-click events-center lastly--each-of-these-events-was-recorded-and-videos-were-organized-in-amedia-center-thus--employees-who-have-not-been-able-to-participate--can-play-the-recorded-videos-and-the-ones-who-did-attend---to-relive-their-experience media-center during-the-project-implementation--we-faced-a-number-of-technology-challenges first--some-components-of-office-365-were-not-reallymobile-optimized-therefore-we-had-to-customize-some-of-them-while-we-needed-to-redevelop-others-from-scratch--below-we-display-a-few-of-those with-mobile-optimized-navigation mobile-listings-of-information mobile-optimized-yammer-integration mobile-optimized also--video-was-crucial-part-of-the-project--so-we-implementedbrightcove-integration-into-office-365 and-we-built-a-dedicated-video-library-component-to-allow-video-playback-integrated-in-the-portal brightcove-integration the-solution-was-launched-on-22th-of-january--2015--8-months-since-project-start-date- first--we-launched-the-group-intranet-together-with-the-intranet-of-romania then--in-the-next-6-months--we-added-the-local-intranets-of-russia--italy--switzerland--hungary--croatia--ukraine--moldova-and-belarus in-the-next-3-months--we-added-the-local-intranets-ofaustria--bulgaria--slovakia--czech-republic--ireland--poland--serbia-and-albania and-in-the-last-6-months-we-added-the-remaining-countries---bosnia--slovenia--armenia--estonia--nigeria--fyrom--latvia--lithuania--greece-and-cyprus engages countries languages departments as-a-result--now-coca-cola-hbc-has-an-office-365-solution-that employees covers is-translated-in better-connects our-great-collaboration-continues-to-this-day-and-in-the-last-3-years-we-have-implemented-more-than-10-new-projects-together
