Smartlynx Airlines is an airline based in Riga, Latvia, specializing in wet lease services of its fleet and provides full charter operation for its home markets of Latvia and Estonia, predominantly in the leisure market. Smartlynx needed to boost employee engagement and centralize corporate information.

Abilitics build a branded SharePoint Portal with Department Sites & Document Management, Facebook-like social communication Wall, flight data visualization with Google Maps, and Reports Management for Pilots, Crew and Office Staff.

We have built also a mobile app for company collaboration and communication. It included also a paperless cockpit mobile forms and an electronic flight bag implementation.

GOODMILLS GROUP

LARGEST FLOUR PRODUCER IN EUROPE

GoodMills needed to automate and standardise its sales process to provide better customer service.

To meet the need, Abilitics built an Android-based sales force automation application which sales representatives in the field can use on their mobile tablets. The app’s functionality includes planning daily visits, route tracking and placing orders at the point of sale. The app is integrated with the GoodMills ERP.

After a successful pilot launch, the solution was adopted by the group in Romania and Bulgaria.

PFIZER

LEADING PHARMACEUTICAL

Pfizer is a global leader in pharmaceuticals who needed a solution that would control costs connected with marketing their products.

To accomplish this, we built a solution on top of Microsoft SharePoint to automate the procure-to-pay process.

The solution was audited by the Pfizer security team to ensure compliance with code quality and security policies. The app was deployed to the global Pfizer data centre in the USA.

TOBACCO COMPANY

SALES PORTAL

The client is one of the largest tobacco companies in the USA. They wanted to empower its over 4000 people sales force with up-to-date information about products and promotions – with a personalized and easy to use sales portal.

To do so, Abilitics build a sales portal in partnership with a USA-based digital agency:

  • Engaging news and tile-based content access
  • Document center with advanced UX
  • A sales briefcase for selected documents
  • Events and calendars

The portal included also rich personalization functionality, notifications and personal favorites. It featured a communication section for keeping the sales always informed.

VIVACOM

PMO TOOL

Vivacom is a top three telecom in Bulgaria. Vivacom needed a PMO tool which is as easy to use as Excel.

The solution we created allowed PMs to register project and CR requests and to manage them throughout the project lifecycle.

The solution was built using the Microsoft.NET framework and JavaScript. It includes rich UX for inline editing, grouping, colour coding and more.
